County Court Fees - When conducting country criminal checks, you will note that each county in the United States charges a county fee, and each county sets its own fee. This form provides the county court fee for all counties in the United States.
Driver License State Fees - When conducting a driver license check each state has a set fee. This file will provide the MVR turnaround, schedule and price set by the state. All 50 states are included.
E- Verify Handbook - Using E-Verify is an important step in ensuring your company has a legal workforce. This handbook will assist you in using E-Verify as our client.
E-Verify Posters - Once your company begins participation in the E-Verify program you are required to post in clear view of your employees the E-Verify posters in English and Spanish.
I-9 Form - All new hires must complete the I-9 Form, its purpose is to document each new employee (both citizen and noncitizen) hired is authorized to work in the United States. You can download the I-9 Instruction Handbook and I-9 Form.
Employee Release Form - This form should be included in your hiring package. You should have a release signed by all employees when conducting an employee background check.
Employee Employment Application W/ Release - This is for employers who are need for an employee application with a release to perform a background check.
Pennsylvania driver release form (PA) - Pennsylvania requires the employee to sign a release of information before they will issue a driver report (MVR). Once we receive the PA Form, it will be sent off to the PA Department of Motor Vehicles. At which time they will issue the MVR report. Please only complete the areas highlighted in yellow.
The Fair Credit Reporting Act - Before conducting an employee credit check as an employer you should be familiar with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Employers should also beware of the Disposing of Consumer Report Information.
